We are proud to announce KYOTO BELLE the first in our new series of collector's busts. This new collection entitled 'THE BELLES' is dedicated to the women around the world through the ages. Largely based on contemporary woodblock engravings and accurate in every detail, this first bust represents a courtesan of the 'Floating World' in 18th-century Japan. It comprises eleven parts - including a sculpted plinth - moulded in an ivory coloured high-quality resin which fits the subject better than our usual light grey and also allows the model to be displayed in an unpainted state.
